wg8 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To register and use wg8, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from wg8 or affiliated platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a wg8 employee.

wg8 reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one wg8 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, date of birth, and active contact details.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected]. wg8 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access that result from your failure to protect your credentials.

Account sharing — giving another person access to your wg8 account — is not permitted. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Funds typically appear in your wg8 account within 2 minutes. wg8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; the payment account must belong to the registered user.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal in a single day is ৳1,00,000 (standard; higher for eligible VIP tiers). Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Delays may occur pending KYC verification or security checks.

Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. wg8 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4. Bonus Terms

wg8 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be turned over 15 times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Validity: Bonus offers expire 7 days after they are credited to your account. Unused bonuses are forfeited after expiry.
• Minimum deposit to activate: ৳500.
• Bonuses are credited once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• wg8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Cashback and reload bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5. KYC and Verification

wg8 is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. You will be notified by email if further information is needed. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

Submitting false, altered, or another person's identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on wg8 are operated by licensed third-party providers including Habanero, PG Soft, Ezugi, Red Tiger, Playtech, JILI, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules; it is your responsibility to read them before placing bets.

Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes. wg8 does not influence game results. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned.

Bet limits vary by game. Placing a bet that exceeds the displayed maximum limit may result in that bet being voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use wg8 for any illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts for others, including minors.
• Abusing bonus promotions through multi-accounting or coordinated play.

8. Responsible Gaming

wg8 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can:

• Set deposit, loss, or session limits by contacting our support team.
• Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once applied, they cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

wg8 may suspend or close your account at any time if we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated. You will be informed by email where possible. Any balance held in a suspended account will be reviewed; funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Any real-money balance that has met wagering requirements will be returned via your registered payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

wg8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues, device failures, or actions outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wg8's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
